2 chicken breasts, 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (we used our Smoky Sweet), 4 cups corn chips (crushed to fine consistency).
Preheat oven to 190C.
Cut chicken breasts into bite sized pieces and place in bowl. Add BBQ sauce to bowl and mix.
Crush the corn chips in either a ziplock bag or food processor to a fine consistency. Place in separate bowl. Coat each piece of chicken in chip crumbs until covered and place on baking tray (spray tray with oil first).
Place in oven and bake for 12-15 minutes. Eat. Enjoy. Goes great with a side of chips and a beer.
